As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure our resort remains safe, beautiful, and fully operational by:
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
- Completing general repairs, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
- Assisting with HVAC and mechanical system maintenance
- Safely operating hand and power tools
- Responding to maintenance requests from guests and resort departments
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work logs
- Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
- Positive attitude with a team-first approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
