Maintenance Technician - Marlowe South Fulton

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance on the property following established policies, safety standards, and code requirements.;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors/contractors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting completed work.;
Follows procedures to access and obtain materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the property's maintenance department; tracks usage, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.;
Completes documentation and paperwork in a timely, accurate manner to document and track service requests.;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage, and performing related tasks.;
Supports cost-control efforts by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and using tools/equipment appropriately.
