DANIEL DEFENSE LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead to support our Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. This role oversees daily maintenance activities in a high-precision firearms manufacturing environment, ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate safely and reliably. The Maintenance Lead plans and executes preventive maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, coordinates work orders, and partners with Engineering on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Prioritize, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS system
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production to support continuous improvement
- Maintain safety, LOTO, and regulatory compliance in all maintenance work
- Train, mentor, and guide maintenance technicians and operators
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and reliability projects
