Maintenance Technician

Phoenix Senior Living, a leader in innovative digital entertainment experiences, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our senior living community. In this on-site role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, resident units, and shared entertainment spaces, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical work. You'll troubleshoot issues, respond to work orders, and coordinate with vendors while upholding strict safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, equipment, and resident units to ensure safety and reliability
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues within the senior living community
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, documenting work performed and parts used in a tracking system
• Support setup, inspection, and upkeep of common areas, entertainment spaces, and digital/media-related equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and scheduled inspections
• Adhere to safety, health, and regulatory standards, maintaining clean, organized work areas
• Collaborate with operations and care teams to minimize disruption to residents and staff during maintenance activities
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies as needed
