Industrial Building Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Building Maintenance to
perform general building repairs and facility maintenance in an industrial setting. This position focuses specifically on building and facility maintenance and does not involve mechanical or production-equipment maintenance.

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the facility
• Complete basic carpentry and construction-related repairs
• Repair doors, walls, fixtures, flooring, and other building components as needed
• Assist with general facility upkeep and preventative building maintenance
• Identify building repair needs and complete assigned maintenance projects
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work independently and with other team members to complete projects

• Previous building maintenance or construction experience required
• General knowledge of building repairs and construction-related work
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working throughout an industrial facility
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned projects efficiently

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift
Starting Pay: Approximately $15.00 per hour
