Facilities and Maintenance Technician

Daniel Defense LLC seeks a Facilities and Maintenance Technician to support our advanced firearms manufacturing operations in Georgia. In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure to keep our mission-critical environment running safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, support equipment installs and upgrades, and help maintain a clean, secure, and compliant facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, production equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, making timely repairs or coordinating specialized service as needed
• Conduct inspections of buildings, HVAC, lighting, and safety systems to ensure a secure, compliant work environment
• Support equipment installations, moves, and upgrades in manufacturing areas to meet production and quality requirements
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts inventory using company tools and procedures
• Follow all safety, quality, and security protocols in a firearms manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Assist with general facility upkeep, including repairs to structures, fixtures, and grounds as required
