Carter’s Inc. Braselton distribution center seeks a Maintenance Leader to oversee facilities, grounds, and infrastructure across two shifts. The role includes leading a team of supervisors and technicians, managing PM programs, and coordinating with vendors to optimize uptime.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance leadership within an industrial setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally. Travel to other DCs may be required.
