Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains facilities in safe operating condition
- Works on development of preventive maintenance program
- Maintains a preventive maintenance program
- Documents information regarding repairs, supply needs, and/or safety concerns
- Provides reports regarding repairs, supplies, and/or safety concerns as requested
- Inspects facilities and systems to identify potential repairs and providing ongoing preventive maintenance
- Responds to emergency situations for resolving immediate safety concerns surround facility damage, roof leaks, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance, Chief Facilities Officer or the Superintendent
- Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Natural/Propane Gasor Industrial Kitchen Equipment Repair experience or certification
