Job Location:
In-Person, $31.06/Hour, 12 Hour Overnight Shifts, Weekend Coverage (Friday-Sunday), Full-Time

Our client is a large-scale manufacturing and production facility focused on delivering high-quality consumer health and wellness products, and they want you to join their team as a Building Maintenance Mechanic.

Your day-to-day as a Building Maintenance Mechanic:

• Maintain and repair building systems including utilities, HVAC, and fire protection systems
• Troubleshoot facility and utility systems such as steam, water, compressed air, and waste systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at optimal condition
• Complete plumbing, piping, welding, and mechanical repairs as needed
• Support facility upkeep including outdoor maintenance and snow removal

Your skills and experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in building or industrial maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills for maintenance and HVAC systems
