About the Role

Full‑time housekeeping positions Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, no nights, weekends, or Saturdays. The Cleaning Authority offers the highest pay for cleaning in the area, starting at $14.00 per hour, and provides a free 2‑week hands‑on training program. Benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation, full‑time employment, and the opportunity to work with a partner while traveling to multiple homes each day.

No experience is required; all new cleaners receive training on our Detail‑Clean Rotation System, proven effective in over 20 million cleans across North America.

• Work full‑time Monday‑Friday 8 am – 5 pm with no nights or weekends.
• Perform professional house cleaning in a variety of homes each day.
• Use our Detail‑Clean Rotation System and work with a partner to complete assignments efficiently.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and uphold the company's reputation for quality.
• Adhere to safety and company policies, including light lifting (up to 15 pounds).

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Have a positive attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work.
• Show willingness to learn and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Be able to stand for an entire shift and lift light weights up to 15 pounds.
• Driver’s license preferred.
