Monitor, maintain and repair building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling;
Perform maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems;
Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems operate efficiently;
Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to extend equipment life;
Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation within design specifications
