Sanitation Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and facility services, is seeking a Sanitation Maintenance Technician 1st Shift to join their team. As a Sanitation Maintenance Technician 1st Shift, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting both Maintenance and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, building maintenance experience, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:
** Up to $30.00/hour DOE

** Shift:
** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist the Maintenance team with facility and equipment-related tasks

+ Support sanitation and quality initiatives throughout both facilities

+ Perform routine building maintenance and repairs

+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with corrective actions

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

** What's Needed?*
* + Valid Driver's License required

+ Ability to travel between Germantown and Menomonee Falls facilities

+ Previous building maintenance, mechanical, or maintenance technician experience required

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to use hand and power tools safely
