Performs repairs, preventive maintenance, and major component overhaul on facility structure, equipment, grounds, and fixtures including refrigeration and air conditioning systems;
Conducts building inspections, replacing parts, cleaning, and overseeing heating and plumbing, outdoor grounds & landscaping, and ice removal;
Troubleshoots potential problems and performs maintenance on temperature controls, boiler operations, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC;
Monitors, operates, inspects, repairing, testing, and cleaning all equipment and related activities that bring steam or chilled water to air handling systems, sterilizers, etc.;
Maintains preventative maintenance program of facility building, grounds, equipment, and vehicles; verifies PM completion rates and inspects logs and records; ensures safety and drills as required
