Join our dynamic team at Two Maids - Gilbert/Mesa/Apache Junction, as a Professional House Cleaner! This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a difference in our clients' lives by providing top-notch cleaning services. Service areas:
Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San-Tan Valley, Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon.

Semi-Monthly: 5th and 21st of each month

W2 COMMISSION (up to 20% commission for jobs completed/individually earned NOT split between you and your partner)

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards while performing cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and support.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
• Must be able to speak and understand fluent English.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.
