Maintain carpets, floors, restrooms, and common areas through cleaning and polishing;
Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment including HVAC registers;
Complete daily assignments in respective areas to meet club standards;
Perform or coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.);
Maintain a maintenance and project checklist for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements; communicate with supervisor to prioritize and complete work requests
