TWO MAIDS / EAST VALLEY — Gilbert, Mesa, and Apache Junction. All interviews have the potential to be a group interview.

Our highly motivated team works in pairs and delivers the best experience to our customers in the East Valley cities of Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, Sun Lakes, Gold Canyon, and San Tan Valley (on certain days of the week). You are reimbursed for all miles driven.

W2 Commission

• Travel to customers  homes as part of a two-person team to perform routine and specific cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Provide top-quality work and customer service through various tasks and communications.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks at the assigned property.
• Follow Two Maids cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, bedrooms, and floors.
• Transport cleaning products to and from job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
• Operate within the East Valley service area as listed above.

• Equipment, medical-grade cleaning chemicals, and schedules are provided to our team.
• Full-time house cleaners work Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:00 pm (or when finished with the route for the day). No nights, no weekends, no major holidays.
• Teams service 1–4 homes per day and earn up to 20% commission on each house serviced.
• Teams are licensed, bonded, and insured. A background check is required.
• W2 Commission / Semi-Monthly pay: paid on the 5th and 21st of each month. Keep all tips.

• Has reliable transportation and car insurance. You will utilize your own vehicle to get to and from homes. Reimbursement for gas mileage

• Must be able to take direction and be a fast and eager learner; training is provided.
• Team meets for morning meetings at 7:30 am; arrive by 7:15 am to load equipment.
• We are looking for a team/family environment.

• Detail-oriented; able to spot cobwebs and specks.
• Willing and able to work fast, physical labor.
