Peraton is seeking a Facilities Specialist.

Qualifications
  • HS diploma plus 2 years experience OR an Associates Degree and 0 years experience OR BA/BS degree and 0 years experience.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Global Cyber Center (GCC) building to meet health and safety standards.
  • Manage office systems, including IT and office equipment.
  • Identify, develop, and execute preventative maintenance programs for facilities, grounds, and various systems (plumbing, HVAC, roofs, fire protection, etc.).
  • Review, prioritize, and assign daily work orders.
  • Supervise on-site technicians, laborers, and contractors.
  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance of all facilities, grounds, and equipment.
  • Assist in developing and managing occupancy and project budgets.
  • Develop long-range plans for facilities maintenance, write RFPs, analyze quotes, and assist in negotiating contracts.
  • Coordinate central maintenance activities that may impact production.
  • Plan and assign preventative maintenance using a computerized management system.
  • Manage and optimize the inventory of critical spare parts.
  • Supervise the documentation and record-keeping of all equipment.
