Job SummaryThe PM Facility Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily evening operations and maintenance of a facility’s infrastructure, equipment, and systems. This role is responsible for managing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining a clean and functional work environment. The supervisor works closely with other departments to support operational needs and improve facility performance.

- Knowledges of all functions associated with the Engineering/Maintenance Department trades under supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
- Assists in the development of in-house projects, including feasibility, cost and priority. Assist in the development of in house projects including feasibility of in house labor and estimating execution and supervision.
- Coordinates trade teams for in-house project implementation under the direction of the project manager.
- Ensures that work orders are being completed in a timely manner with sufficient detail and data for input into our electronic maintenance system.
- Makes Maintenance Manager aware of any delays in completing work orders.
- Assists the Maintenance Manager in scheduling staff.
- Provides recommendations to the Maintenance Manager on recommendations for promotion to higher grade in craft.
- Assists managers in the complete execution of all work orders in accordance with daily priorities.
- Provides technical assistance to lower level Maintenance Technicians and Grounds Supervisor as required.
- Ensures that staff is adhering to all prescribed Company, statutory/regulatory policies and procedures regarding worker safety, risk management, environmental policies, HAZMAT, HAZCOM, confined space, lockout/tagout and vehicle operation.
- Adheres to all Company prescribed environmental policies and procedures.
