Execute basic general and preventative maintenance tasks and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, landscape, painting) for the entire community, including grounds, common areas, and resident units, to ensure the facility is safe, fully functional, and visually appealing;
Promptly respond to and complete daily work orders, maintenance requests, and troubleshooting;
Fully prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including all necessary cosmetic and repair work;
Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements;
Serve as the on-call point of contact for after-hour emergencies, as directed by the Executive Director, when the Maintenance Director is unavailable
