IDM Companies in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community clean and well‑maintained for residents, visitors and staff. You will prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment while delivering excellent customer service and safety.
Responsibilities include maintaining grounds and facilities, completing turnovers (painting, carpentry, drywall), handling work orders, and participating in on‑call rotations. Must lift up to 75 lbs and work weekends.
