Lead the Environmental Services staff in the absence of the Supervisor;
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary hospital environment and uphold the hospital's mission, vision, and values;
Demonstrate leadership by guiding and supporting the team and coordinating shift changes;
Perform environmental cleaning tasks including floors, dusting, beds, waste, windows, walls, ceilings, and equipment;
Ensure infection control practices and safety standards are followed by the team
