We are seeking dedicated janitorial workers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout a coworking space and outdoor mall. This entry-level position requires comfort with washing dishes and using a broom and dustpan.

• Maintain cleanliness in a coworking space and wash dishes.
• Empty waste bins throughout the mall, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep walkways, common areas, and entrances; remove debris and litter from outdoor spaces.
• Check bathrooms for restocking and report any issues to the permanent staff.

• Proficiency in cleaning, sweeping, dishwashing, and waste disposal.
• Ability to maintain coworking spaces and public outdoor mall areas.

• At least six months of cleaning or janitorial experience.

This role offers the opportunity for growth within the team. If you perform well, you will be transitioned to the mall team to service the entire property.

You will work outdoors, maintaining the exterior of shopping areas. Initially, you will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM. Eventually, this will transition to 40 hours per week, with schedules varying between Monday-Friday (1:30 PM-10 PM) and Tuesday-Friday (1:30 PM-10 PM) plus Saturday (7 AM-3:30 PM).

This is a contract position based out of Gilbert, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
