CCS Facility Services - - Responsibilities:
Maintain common areas of office buildings and other facilities in clean and orderly condition;
Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors;
Vacuum elevator cabs, wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day;
Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles and restrooms twice daily;
Policing lobby during high-traffic times and assist building engineer daily as needed
