Are you looking for an opportunity to continue to enhance your skills while working? Do you have a desire to be part of a maintenance team working on commercial and multi‑unit residential properties from turn‑of‑the‑century to brand new structures?
Responsibilities and Duties- Cleaning and maintaining common areas and vacant apartments.
- Landscaping: mowing, and weed eating.
- Complete daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform minor building, electrical, painting, and plumbing repairs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass mandatory drug testing, background investigation, and physical ability screening.
- Previous experience in maintenance preferred.
- Familiarity with hand‑held tools and equipment.
- Deadline oriented and detail‑oriented.
- High school or equivalent / vocational education preferred.
