Location:

Gillette, WY

Full‑time, with overtime required during peak season. Pay is $30+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The Semi‑Truck Driver supplies various materials to our worksites and plants. The role reports to the Foreman and does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Travel is required.

• Perform maintenance on assigned trucks and other equipment as required.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑shift inspections and assist with maintenance or repair of equipment as needed.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Secure loads properly.
• Help set up and tear down job sites when moving locations (if needed).
• Record maintenance issues in the truck logbook and ensure the supervisor is aware of any issues that would inhibit work production or create safety concerns.
• Be willing to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (e.g., work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours).

• Consent to authorization of a pre‑employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test.
• Class A CDL.
• Clean DMV record.
• Basic maintenance skills.
• Must follow all applicable DOT laws.
• Understand instructions from supervisory positions, both written and verbal.
• Dependability and reliability by showing up to scheduled shifts on time and being prepared for work.

• Ability to reach below/at/above shoulders.
• Pushing, pulling, twisting, bending.
• Sitting, standing, balancing.
• Operate hand and foot controls.
• Simple/firm grasping and pinching.
• Ability to lift, lower, and carry over 50 pounds.
• Squatting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling.
