The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Gillette, WY. This position is responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include window cleaning, carpet care, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of assigned properties according to company standards and client requests.

The Cleaning Specialist will follow safety procedures, use cleaning products and equipment properly, report maintenance or safety issues, and work independently or as part of a small team to complete scheduled jobs on time. Consistent punctuality, professionalism, and respectful interaction with clients and coworkers are essential.

• Demonstrated skills in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
• Experience in Commercial Cleaning, including offices or other business environments, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Proficiency in Window Cleaning, ensuring streak‑free glass and attention to details such as frames, sills, and screens.
• Basic knowledge of Carpet care, including vacuuming, spot treatment, and use of appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, use cleaning tools safely, and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Strong time management, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision or within a team.
• Comfort with physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies throughout a shift.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Gillette, WY.
• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
