- Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
- Dispose of trash
- Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Customer‑ready all units that have been moved out of repair
- Repair small items on units as needed
- Clear storage units that have been abandoned
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Organization skills
- Willingness to learn
- Self‑starter
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing, masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.
Physical DemandsRequires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs, assisted or unassisted.
