Janitor Position

Our client, a coal mining operation, is seeking a Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the operations supporting facility cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervision

What's Needed?

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to pass all client-required pre-employment screenings
