Maintenance Tech - Pipeline

Our client, a leading residential property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting property operations and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Gillette, WY

Pay Range: $19-$24

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

• Perform overall maintenance and repair of residential property, including interior and exterior grounds and equipment
• Execute and document preventive maintenance programs for resident units and common areas
• Maintain property appearance through groundskeeping, snow removal, and curb appeal efforts
• Complete work orders and turnover maintenance needs promptly

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive hourly wage between $19.00 and $24.00
