Perform floor care procedures including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, and buffing hard surfaces;
Operate industrial floor care equipment such as auto-scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and vacuums;
Conduct regular carpet maintenance including vacuuming, spot cleaning, shampooing, and deep extraction;
Maintain hallways, lobbies, and common areas in pristine condition through scheduled cleaning routines;
Assist with room cleaning and general EVS duties as needed
