Responsibilities include painting bedrooms, hallways, and common areas throughout the residential complexes. Duties involve painting, spackling, taping, sanding, and cleanup. The painter will receive daily work lists from the supervisor and will have quality evaluated daily. Note that residence halls are not air‑conditioned and may be hot.

Rate: $18 per hour

This temporary, part‑time position is assigned no more than twenty‑five (25) hours per week and does not exceed 944 hours per fiscal year. Work is contracted annually to coincide with the fiscal year and is contingent upon budget appropriations.
