LCB Senior Living’s The Residence at Glastonbury is hiring a Maintenance Technician in a temporary role. You will perform routine maintenance, repair residence equipment, and keep the property safe, clean, and well-maintained, coordinating with outside contractors when needed.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and an HVAC certificate is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required, with wage band $21–$24 per hour based on experience.
