Entry Level Pest Control Technician- Glen Burnie Branch

Exciting entry-level opportunity in pest control in the Greater Baltimore area. No experience? No problem. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Service Technicians providing pest control services. All training is provided and fully paid. Pay type is hourly with a benefits package including dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance (all employer-covered), a generous employer contribution to medical premium, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

• Communicating with customers to understand and address pest problems.
• Inspecting properties for pest entry points and performing exclusion work.
• Placing monitoring stations and performing pesticide treatments.
• Driving between customer locations in Baltimore and Anne Arundel County.
• Performing preventive pest control services and sales stops.

• Ability to problem-solve and address pest pressures.
• Attention to detail in identifying pest issues and entry points.
• Technical proficiency with handheld devices, smartphones, and computers.
• Physical ability to complete tasks associated with the job.

• 4–6 week paid training program with daily sessions.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with overtime; occasional Sundays in warmer months; no Saturdays.
