Meaningful Work That Makes a Difference

• Cleaning resident apartments according to established schedules
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-ins
• Cleaning and sanitizing common areas, hallways, lounges, restrooms, and shared spaces
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
• Maintaining housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and linen storage areas
• Monitoring housekeeping supplies and reporting inventory needs
• Following all infection control and safety procedures
• Reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly
• Providing friendly, respectful customer service to residents and families

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of housekeeping, environmental services, janitorial, hotel, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as on a team
• Successfully complete required background screening
