Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties across apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities;
Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas;
Perform laundry duties including washing and drying resident laundry and textiles and distributing laundered articles;
Keep resident laundry areas clean and orderly and manage linen handling;
Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly and coordinate with Maintenance as needed
