• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, classrooms, breakrooms, common areas, entrances, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and maintain floors and other building surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Restock restroom, breakroom, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Respond to routine cleaning requests, spills, and other facility service needs.
• Safely operate commercial cleaning equipment and use cleaning products in accordance with company procedures.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management.
  Follow established cleaning procedures, work orders, and customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to the assigned work location.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
• Previous commercial cleaning, custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to successfully complete any required background screening.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to climb stairs and move through large facilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning carts, trash containers, vacuums, and other equipment.
• Ability to work with commercial cleaning products while following established safety procedures.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work in environments that may include dust, odors, cleaning chemicals, varying temperatures, and wet or slippery surfaces.

This position works primarily indoors at customer facilities such as offices, schools, healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other commercial buildings. The employee may be exposed to dust, odors, cleaning chemicals, varying temperatures, and wet or slippery surfaces while performing routine cleaning and sanitation duties.
