As a Housekeeping Utility Porter, you play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that enhances every guest's experience. You are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout hotel common areas, using specialized equipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to service directly support the hotel's reputation for quality and guest satisfaction.

** Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
* Maintain cleanliness of hotel and casino interiors, including elevators, corridors, and common areas by sweeping, vacuuming, polishing, mopping, stripping, and buffing floors
* Remove linen from chutes and replace hampers; empty and clean indoor trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly
* Remove dust and stains from high areas and clean bio-hazardous items in accordance with OSHA standards and company guidelines
* Clean, store, and maintain equipment such as extractors, buffers, and vacuums, reporting malfunctions promptly
* Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
* Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
* Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
* At least 3 months of experience in a similar role or training in public area cleaning preferred
* Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to use basic mathematics
* Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
* Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment Requirements
* At least 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
* Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
* Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards

Physical Requirements
* Frequently push/pull up to 70lbs
* Frequently lift and/or carry up to 70lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
* Regularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
* Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer
* Frequently standing and walking
* Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
* Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
* Ability to distinguish between shades of color
