Responsable Dépannage Et Services En Électricité

For our Sygmatel agencies in Vendée, we are looking for a Responsable Dépannage Et Services en Électricité. You will be responsible for the smooth running of troubleshooting, small electrical works (CFO/CFA) as well as after-sales service for household appliances.

Your main duties will be as follows:

• Lead and supervise a field team consisting of 3 technicians and a planner
• Respond to customer requests (establishing quotes and estimates)
• Maintain good commercial relations
• Prepare the sites (planning, technical choices and material ordering, participation in start-up meetings, adjustment of resources)
• Organize and manage operations on the sites (mobilization of teams, budget monitoring, optimization of resources, progress monitoring, closure of sites)
• Ensure the safety of the teams and compliance with procedures

The position is available at the La Chaize-le-Vicomte or Commequiers site.

A diploma is required (CAP / BAC/ BTS) in electricity. Proficiency in computer tools would be a plus.
