Position: Maintenance Technician - Centerline on Glendale

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Glendale, AZ!

Are you a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in quality work? We're looking for a full‑time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Centerline on Glendale, a 368‑unit affordable housing community in Glendale, AZ. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents while putting your technical skills to work every day.

What You'll Do:
  • Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.
  • Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
  • Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make‑ready checklists.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
  • Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, co‑workers and residents.
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
  • Customer service mindset and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
  • Strong customer service skills with a resident‑first mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • HVAC‑EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
