Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Glendale, AZ!
Are you a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in quality work? We're looking for a full‑time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Centerline on Glendale, a 368‑unit affordable housing community in Glendale, AZ. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents while putting your technical skills to work every day.

- Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
- Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.
- Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
- Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make‑ready checklists.
- Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
- Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, co‑workers and residents.
- Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
- Customer service mindset and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
- Strong customer service skills with a resident‑first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC‑EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
- Competitive Hourly pay starting at $25-$28 an hour.
