Maintenance Technician - Centerline on Glendale

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Glendale, AZ!

We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Centerline on Glendale, a 368-unit affordable housing community in Glendale, AZ. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents while putting your technical skills to work every day.

What You'll Do:

Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.

Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.

Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.

Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.

Communicate with vendors, contractors, co-workers and residents.

What You'll Bring:

Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.

Customer service mindset and teamwork skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.

Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
