We’re hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor (Multi-Site Manager of Facilities & Service) at Ironwood Homes at the Rosefield and Ironwood Homes at River Run in Waddell and Avondale, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, overseeing the service team, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation:
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $/hour.
  • All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
  • Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications***
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least three years of multi-family Maintenance Supervisor, or similar title, experience, including at least one year managing a high-performing team.
  • Extensive working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping, appliances, building systems, and OSHA-related standards.
  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating contractor work.
  • Knowledge of capital project bidding, oversight, and execution.
  • Basic computer proficiency for operational reporting and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond after hours or on weekends as business needs require.
  • Reliable transportation and a working mobile phone for travel between assigned communities and operational communication.
  • EPA Universal and CPO certification is strongly preferred.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead the overall maintenance, facilities, and grounds operations for multiple communities, ensuring each property consistently meets Mark-Taylor standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the service team while promoting accountability, collaboration, safety, and exceptional customer service.
  • Perform and oversee hands-on maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, flooring, carpentry, drywall, appliances, landscaping, and exterior structures.
  • Manage daily apartment inventory and make-ready activity, including the Service Turn/Make Ready Board, to support leasing goals and timely apartment readiness.
  • Prioritize, assign, and monitor service requests and preventive maintenance work across both communities.
  • Schedule and coordinate contractors and vendors; monitor performance, quality, timelines, and completion of repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records for work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, inventories, pool chemical logs, apartment turns, and make-ready activity.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety requirements and Mark-Taylor Residential safety programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Complete Weekly Service Reports and other required reporting accurately and on time.
  • Lead capital project bidding, oversight, coordination, and execution.
  • Build strong service relationships with residents, team members, vendors, and community leadership.
  • Participate in required training and support additional operational priorities as business needs evolve.
