PT On-call Shipping & Receiving Specialist

We are seeking a PT On-call Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team at IST Management Services in the Glendale, CA general area and to support West Los Angeles location!

$18.00–$19.00 per hour.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

• Receive and send overnight packages.
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment.
• Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures.
• Adhere to all safety procedures.
• Take direction from the site manager and the assistant site manager.
• Participate in cross‑training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills.
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment; ability to multi‑task effectively.
• Ability to meet employer’s attendance policy.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
