Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance repairs as assigned;
Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, and elevator tasks;
Inspect property grounds and common areas to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety and cleanliness;
Assist with property emergencies (e.g., snow removal, fires, floods) and participate in on-call after-hours assignments;
Maintain documentation in the work order system and communicate issues to maintenance leadership
