CustodianAMLI Lex on Orange – Apartment CommunityAMLI Residential is looking for a Custodian to join our team at AMLI Lex on Orange in Orange, California. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and high-quality living environment for our residents. Enjoy a stable full-time, day-shift schedule (40 hours per week with no overnight shifts) while working at a beautiful apartment community.

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday, 7 am - 4 pmWhat You'll Do Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including the leasing office, clubroom, fitness center, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other amenity spaces.

Perform daily trash and recycling collection throughout the community.

Clean and prepare vacant and model apartments for resident move-ins and tours.

Wash interior and exterior windows and help ensure all community spaces are neat, clean, and resident-ready.

Operate and maintain janitorial equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.

Assist with light groundskeeping tasks, including litter removal, sweeping walkways, and maintaining outdoor common areas.

Support move-out cleaning projects and assist with property inspections as needed.

Respond to unexpected cleaning needs and assist during weather-related or emergency situations.

What We're Looking For Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and customer service.

Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and other janitorial tools.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
