RV Detailer​/Lot Maintenance RV

Job Responsibilities

This role is multi-faceted
, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

RV Detailing (Primary Duty)

• Clean interior and exterior of RVs to showroom quality.
• Work efficiently with the Sales Department to ensure RVs are ready for customers.
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques to maintain RV appearance.
• Perform final walkthroughs to ensure RVs meet company standards before delivery.

Lot & Building Maintenance

• Keep the RV lot clean and organized, removing trash and debris.
• Perform small repairs around the lot, office, and buildings.
• Maintain and clean shop vehicles and machinery
  , including scheduling routine maintenance.
• Assist with building maintenance
  , including minor office repairs and janitorial duties (trash removal, cleaning restrooms, etc.).
• Help move RVs as needed (is a plus but not required).

Schedule & Flexibility:

Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday: 8am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

• Weekends as needed for RV detailing and cleaning.
• Detailing is a seasonal position March/April – September
  , but year-round employment available for those with additional skills (building repairs, lot maintenance, forklift operation, etc.).

• Hardworking, reliable, and punctual

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate weights.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work weekends as needed.
