• Assist the Maintenance Director with the daily operations of the maintenance department.
• Assist with managing the maintenance programs to uphold safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Director on repairs and supply orders.
• Work as a team with the maintenance staff to ensure timely, efficient service.

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and repair processes.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and prioritize tasks.
