Maintenance Supervisor-Property Management

Our client, a Property Management firm, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have residential maintenance experience, HVAC and have a good work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

• Supervise, mentor, and manage the maintenance staff; communicate assignments and expectations.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, carpentry, appliances, and other building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as filter changes, power washing, and equipment upkeep.
• Assist in emergency situations (e.g., no heat, flooding, power outage).

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.
• Minimum of three years’ general residential maintenance experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-call, weekends, and after-hours as scheduled.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience required.
• Takes ownership, motivates others, sets an example, and addresses challenges directly.
