We are actively seeking energetic and enthusiastic Maintenance and Operations Team members for the Elite Sports Clubs in the Milwaukee area. Candidates should have general maintenance experience, with customer service experience a plus.
The Operations Associate is responsible for the operations and upkeep of a 100,000+ square foot athletics facility. This position is customer facing and a vital part of our company success. The role collaborates closely with Building Engineers and offers opportunities for future advancement.
Responsibilities- Periodic maintenance on building including flooring, ceilings, repairs, furniture and equipment
- General work experience with small plumbing, painting, and maintenance cleaning (power washing, rodding, not janitorial)
- Assists the team with setup of events, deliveries and other general labor
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to work without close supervision
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to work with others as a team player
- Knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, general construction
- CPO certified a plus but not required
