We are seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician to join a well-established independent repair shop in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania. • Perform automotive maintenance and repair services on a variety of makes and models.
• Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns using appropriate diagnostic procedures.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with accurate documentation and repair recommendations.
• Document repair findings clearly and thoroughly.
• Maintain productivity while achieving at least 80% efficiency.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure quality repairs and excellent customer service.
• Assist and mentor other technicians when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• PA Safety and Emissions Inspector license REQUIRED.
• A-Level Technician or strong B-Level Technician experience preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of makes and models.
• Some diagnostic experience required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to consistently maintain at least 80% efficiency.
• Proven history of quality workmanship, productivity, and teamwork.

• $35-$45 per hour base pay.
• Hourly pay plus production bonus.
• Production bonus begins at 80% efficiency and increases with higher productivity.
• Paid weekly.
