• Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and middle-market clients across a variety of industries.
• Review complex tax returns and provide strategic tax planning and consulting services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to add value.
• Mentor, develop, and lead members of the tax team.
• Contribute to practice growth, process improvements, and the firm's long-term strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership on client service and business development efforts.

• CPA required.
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and a consultative approach to client service.
